- Food Items: Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used food items cannot be returned. Perishable goods with broken seals are non-returnable.
- Fashion Items: Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for return.
- General: You have 7 days from delivery to report an issue. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately with photo evidence.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
