Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Choices, we are committed to providing high-quality, authentic products, from our premium Bayelsa-sourced food ingredients to our curated women’s fashion. Because we value your trust and safety, we have established the following guidelines for returns and exchanges across our two specialized divisions.
General Eligibility
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report an issue with your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Food & Ingredients Division
Safety and hygiene are our top priorities regarding our food products.
- Safety Seals: We cannot accept returns on items where the safety seal has been broken or the packaging has been tampered with.
- Opened Items: Once a food item (such as our palm oil, honey, or crayfish) has been opened, it generally cannot be returned for resale.
- Condition: Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Women’s Fashion Division
- Condition: Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings or intimate apparel may be non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a leaking oil bottle) or you received the wrong item, we will resolve it immediately:
- Document: Take a photo of the product and the shipping label immediately.
- Contact: Email us at yourchoicesnet@gmail.com with your order number.
- Resolution: We will ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: Approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
